Club Update - Registration / Merchandise / Volunteers

SEASON 2015
Its now only 2 months until our 2015 Season kicks off on the 19th April.
The Committee has been meeting to plan the season – and has some important information for all families.

Coaches have been appointed, training is underway and the excitement of the new season is building.
The club is still seeking Netball coaches. Please contact the club president president@woodendhawks.com.au if you can support the club in this role.

REGISTRATION DAY
Registration Day for football and netball will be held on Saturday 21st February – 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm at the Buffalo Stadium.
Our Registrar Karen Sanders registrar@woodendhawks.com.au and Committee members will be available to assist people to register and answer any questions.
Registrations are now available and completed online.

REGISTRATION FEES 2015
- Football $180 per player
- Netball $135 ( or $90 if player has existing VHA insurance )

PROPERTY / CLUB MERCHANDISE
The club will now only provide playing jumpers/ playing dress and helmets as part of the registration fee.
All other club property is now available for order. Select the Merchandise link from the website or TeamAPP and complete the order request form and make payment.
A number of new items are now available for order.
- Old warm up jackets are available @ $10 ea.
- Kids singlets $20 – Adults singlets $25
- Kids hoody’s $40 – Adults hoody’s $45
- Club jackets $60
- All weather jackets/ netball jackets $65
- Beanie $20
- Scarf $20
Sizing of Merchandise will also be available on Registration day.

ONE OR TWO VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO ASSIST WITH SPECIAL FUNDRAISING PROJECT
In 2015 the Riddell District League have agreed to run a major raffle with all clubs ( All league senior and junior are participating ).
If you don’t like attending Committee meetings this is the job for you.
We need 1 -2 people to co ordinate our involvement in the raffle – not to sell the tickets ( as this will be all of our responsibilities ).
Remember the club is made up of 100 plus families – and if you value what the club can provide to your son or daughter.
