We have been offered the opportunity to operate a food stall at the Woodend Winter Arts Festival Opening night fireworks at Buffalo on Friday 9th June.

This would go towards our fundraising target for the year.

I have proposed to sell hot dogs and baked potatoes with coleslaw/sour cream/cheese on the night and am seeking once again, some volunteers to run/staff the stall.

The night runs from 530pm-730pm with the fireworks around 630pm, so realistically probably over by 7pm. Set up would probably need to be around 430 or 5pm.

Last year we had a volunteer bake all the potatoes in foil during the day and keep them in eskys, so they were still hot to serve on the night, so it’s quite a basic set up. We hope to use the canteen at Buffalo if possible.

Please note there are no football/netball games on the long weekend.
