Attention all members – WE NEED YOUR HELP!!

Urgent – Registrar:
Our amazing Registrar is stepping down so we need someone to take on this role immediately.
This role involves managing the clubs registrations and the entering of scoresheets. This role can be shared.
Thank you Karyn for your work and dedication to the club.

Committee & General Help:
We only have a handful of people running one of the biggest clubs in Woodend. This is not sustainable as these people are also coaching, have their own families and have full time jobs! So we are asking for people to help in any way you possibly can. There are many families at this club, surely there are more people that can help.

We need people to help in many ways but specifically we need the following help :
- Volunteer manager (in charge of managing volunteer help (first aid trained people, home game helpers, canteen helpers etc),
- Home game Ground Operations Manager (in charge of ensuring we have a ground manager throughout the day on home games,
- fundraising,
- communications (TeamApp updates etc)
- general committee operations.

General Helpers
If the thought of being on a committees scares you, there are plenty of ways in which you can help without joining the committee!!
- Team Managers (one required for every team for the year)
- First Aid people (one required for every footy and netball team every week). Please let us know if you have your level 1 first aid. Professions that will generally have one are nurses, school teachers, pilots, flight attendants etc
- Set up and pack down on game day.
- Merchandise help.
- Netball dress uniform manager.
- Netball scoresheet entry (home games).
