SEASON DATES OF INTEREST
Please note that the RDFNL have locked in the dates for the 2017 Junior season after consultation with the Junior clubs. Key dates will be as follows:

- Round 1 will be Sunday April 23rd (now after school hols & Easter).
- No games on Queens Birthday long weekend, when Vic Metro Championships will take place (June 10th to 12th).
- Games will be played during the July school holidays (Sunday 9th).
- Finals to commence on Sunday August 6th.
- Junior Presentation on Wednesday August 16th.
- Junior Grand Final Day on Sunday August 20th.

The fixture itself is being worked on now that all clubs have confirmed their full compliment of team affiliations for both football & netball.
We will post this to all members as soon as this is made available.

REGISTER
If your child hasn’t registered yet, please do this ASAP. All players need to be registered to be covered for insurance purposes. Our registrar will then contact you with details on how to pay your club fee.

TRAINING
All teams have started or announced pre season training dates and times – please see your relevant team at https://woodendhawks.teamapp.com/teams in TeamApp for information.

UNIFORMS
The club supply all players with a footy jumper or a netball dress for the season. A date for distribution to the players will be arranged with the coaches over the coming weeks so that players have them prior to the season commencing.
All players must provide their own shorts, socks & mouth guards. The shorts ($25) & socks ($15) must have RDFNL branding – they can be purchased through the club. There will be opportunities to do this at select training sessions and when the jumpers are collected. We will let you know when these will be happening closer to the time.
